Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends to 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Software licenses and digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items and hygiene products
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at ask@n9qr.com or call +1 (613) 521-2210 to initiate your return
  2. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions
  3. Package your item securely with all original components
  4. Include the RAN and original receipt in the package
  5. Ship the item to our returns department at:

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  1. We will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria
  2. You will receive an email notification about the status of your refund
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  4. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund
  4. Return shipping for damaged or defective items will be covered by N9QR

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model:

  1. Contact our customer service team to verify the desired item's availability
  2. Follow the standard return process
  3. Include your exchange request with the return
  4. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange

Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank
  4. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund after 10 business days, contact us at ask@n9qr.com

Sale Items

Regular return policy applies to sale items unless otherwise specified during the sale.

Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
